Do you offer on-site service? ⌄

Yes — we offer on-site visits for home and small business support.

  • On-site service fee: $30
  • Labor: $25/hr (added to the base service price, if needed)
How does pricing work? ⌄

Most services have a base price, and if extra time is needed, labor is billed at $25 per hour.

For hardware repairs and builds, parts are additional (we confirm pricing before installing anything).

Is the diagnostic fee really waived? ⌄

Yes — if you approve the repair after diagnostics, the diagnostic fee is waived (applies to the same device/issue).

How fast can I get an appointment? ⌄

Same-day or next-day appointments may be available depending on demand. The fastest way is to book online. If you need urgent help, call.
